His Excellency Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem is one of Dubai's leading businessmen. He has played a pivotal role in establishing and leading Nakheel and serves as a board member of the Dubai Executive Council, Federal Tax Authority and Dubai Free Zones Council. He is also the Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DP World and the Chairman of the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation.

Mr. Bin Sulayem’s expertise and visionary leadership spearheaded the rapid expansion of Dubai’s infrastructure, including ports and free zones, contributing significantly to the stellar growth trajectory of the United Arab Emirates. He was also a leader in developing the infrastructure supporting Dubai’s successful tourism industry, among various other sectors.

Mr Issam Galadari is the Director and CEO of Ithra Dubai LLC, as well as CEO of Meydan and currently sits on the board of directors of Atlantis, The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences FZCO, Kerzner, Ithra Dubai LLC and Nakheel.

He has also held positions as Real Estate Director at Investment Corporation of Dubai, CEO of Emaar Properties where he oversaw the development of Downtown Dubai, and Managing Director of Emaar International where he expanded the business into 11 countries in Asia and North Africa.

Mr Issam Galadari also shares his expertise and vision with numerous professional associations, including the U.A.E. Society of Engineers and the Institution of Civil Engineering in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Khalifa Al Daboos is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD). His experience spans 30 years, holding senior positions with leading investment and financial institutions in the UAE.

Mr. Al Daboos is currently the Chairman of National Bonds, and SmartStream Technologies Limited, and also sits on the boards of directors of organisations including, among others, Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), Kerzner International Holdings Limited, Nakheel, Limitless, Emirates Investment & Development PSC, and Dubal Holding.

Mr. Al Daboos’ previous roles include heading the Investment Department at the Government’s Department of Finance in H.H. The Ruler’s Court of the Government. He began his career with ENBD in various treasury, foreign exchange and capital market functions.

Mr. Khalid Mohammed Salem Al Bakhit Al Falasi has served on Nakheel’s board for more than a decade and has nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. He is also the Executive Vice President of Investment Corporation of Dubai, and Chairman of ICD Brookfield. He has previously held board-level positions at Dubai Real Estate Corporation, Community Development Authority of Dubai, and Emirates Global Aluminium PJSC.

Mr. Ibrahim Hussain Al Fardan has served on the board of Nakheel for more than a decade. He is also the Owner and CEO of Al Fardan Investment LLC and serves on various boards including global real estate developer Limitless, Meydan, Souq Extra, Al Ja'afariya Endowment Charitable Council of Dubai and Al Fardan Global Investment LLC. He is also the Vice Chairman of Al Nasr Sports Club.

Mr. Adel Khalifa Al Shaer has served on the board of Nakheel since 2010. In addition to this, he serves as board member of Emirates Global Aluminium and Guinea Alumina Corporation. He is a member of the Finance and Commercial Committee and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK). He has previously held positions as Finance Director and Director General at Emirates General Petroleum Corporation (Emarat).
